I have so much fun creating my 3D, multi media collage, that I have named it
ALL FOR FUN.
Each piece is unique and so are the stories of how the materials came to me.
I never know where my ideas will lead and am amazed at how I start with one concept and watch it become something completely different. It is a fascinating process.
I lived most of my life in Northern New Mexico, close to Taos, an artist mecca since the late 1800’s. The art and the land have had a profound effect on me.
The Native artists believe that Spirit moves through any imperfections in the work. I appreciate this idea as I have seen imperfect become perfect in the way it is manifest in my art.
I know when a piece is finished and “right” by the happy feeling I get.
